Postage Costs/Tracking & Pickup
All our items (excluding small padded bags) are posted via Australia Posts "Click and Send" service or Express Post satchels.  All satchels have an individual satchel ID which i can track.  The small  padded bads are not trackable and we can not be held responsible for these being lost  or the time they take by Australia Post.   At this stage we only post within Australia.  Once payment is recieved your order will be posted within 1 business day.  If i recieve a payment after 3.30pm on a Friday i will not put your order in the post until monday morning as i dont like orders sitting in a post box over the weekend.  Same applies for payment recieved on a public holiday I will not post until next business day.
            Postage costs are as follows.
            NORMAL POSTAGE   $4.50 for a small padded bag not trackable (embelished singlets or very small items) 
                                                    $8.00 for 500g Satchel (2-6 business days)
                                                    $13.00 for 3kg Satchel (2-6 Business days)
                                                    $16.00 for 5kg Satchel (2-6 business days)
            EXPRESS POSTAGE  $11.00 for 500g Satchel (1-3 business days)
                                                $16.00 for 3kg Satchel (1-3 business days)
                                                $24.00 for 5kg Satchel (1-3 business days)
 PICKUP - If you are local to Australind you are more than welcome to pickup your order with prior arrangement with me (please click on PICKUP upon checkout).  Pickup days are mon-fri (12-3pm or 5-6pm). You will recieve an email notifiying you of my address and also my mobile so we can organise a time.  Pickups must be colleccted within 2 weeks. 
Privacy & Security
We collect information from you when you place an order.  When ordering or registering on our site you will be asked for Name, e-mail, mailing address and phone numbers.  Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever other than the purpose of delivering the purchased product
All your information is safe and secure.
Returns & Replacements
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you have a faulty item you may return it. The items must be in its original condition, packaging and with swing tags still attached for a refund or exchange within 10 business days of recieveing item. Once we recieve your item we will issue you with a refund or send you a new item. 
Sale items are final and we do not refund or excahnge.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment can be made via paypal or direct deposit  on our website, this is safe and secure.  
Prices are in Australian Dollars.  We reserve the right to change prices on our website at any time.  We aim to keep most of our items under $30.
All photos are taken by Bella Bambini Boutique and every effort is made to portray the colours and designs as accurately as possible.  
Updating Account Information
Please make sure you update your details if anything is to change.  We take no responsibility if you provide us with an incorrect address or you do not update your address prior to placing your order.  If you use this site you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.  Bella Bambini Boutique is not responsible for third party access to your account.
